The in-game time when a player reaches the next age, most often used for the Feudal Age. Saying you have a fast Feudal up time means you advanced early with a solid economy.
Up time on its own does not say much: a later Feudal Age with more villagers can be stronger than a fast one with fewer. Compare up times between builds with the same plan for the next age.
